Staging listing photos that convert
Natural light, honest angles, and the mistakes that make serious buyers bounce in three seconds.
On FairwayCliffs, cover photos decide whether a buyer opens the listing. You do not need a cinema rig — you need daylight, tidy floors, and one hero frame that tells the truth about space.
Shoot like a buyer walks
- Open curtains; turn on warm lights only if the room still looks natural
- Shoot from corners to show depth — avoid ultra-wide distortion that screams “tiny room”
- Include one exterior / society shot so expectations match the pin location
- Photograph the kitchen and bathrooms clean and dry; clutter kills trust
What to avoid
Stock wallpaper skies, heavy filters, and furniture stacked to fake scale. Buyers who feel misled bounce at the site visit and leave angry reviews for your agent profile.
Upload checklist
Set a clear cover image, keep 5–10 photos ordered room-wise, and write alts that name the room. Featured listings with complete media consistently pull more reveal-contact actions than text-only cards.
